ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, if a cancellation is requested, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers the extended care of fish that may have otherwise been sold. Please make sure you are ready to receive the fish and have agreed to the transhipper fees before placing your order.

Holding Fish:
We will hold the fish at our facility until the next available shipping schedule at no extra cost.

Communication via Email:
All communication will be conducted via email. Buyers are responsible for monitoring their inbox—including spam or junk folders—for order confirmations and shipping updates. We recommend not using corporate email addresses, as these may block our messages. If you do not receive an email confirmation or update, please reach out to us at cs@indobettaandfreshwater.com.

Quarantine Policy:
All fish are quarantined for a minimum of 3 days before shipping and treated with medication to help ensure they are free of harmful bacteria. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to quarantine all new arrivals—fish, plants, and invertebrates—prior to introducing them into an established aquarium. This is essential to minimize the risk of stress-induced illness or contamination.

Fish Care Responsibility:
Buyers are expected to research and provide proper care for the species they purchase. This includes maintaining clean, heated, and stable water conditions. We are not responsible for issues arising from inadequate care, improper tank setup, or negligence.
