- First, find and choose transhipper from your country (as Importer) here. The transhipper (Importer) then has the responsibility to ship the order directly to your address. The process is that your orders will be dispatched directly from our farm to the transhipper from our country (Exporter). Then Exporter will ship the order all the way to the transhipper in your country (Importer). The importer will then ship the order directly to your address.
- Check the cost of domestic shipping and handling fees first from the transhipper from your country (Importer) for order delivery to your address. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO AGREE WITH THE TOTAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO YOUR TRANSHIPPER (IMPORTER) BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
- Choose the fish, place your order, inform us of your address, and inform the transhipper (importer) you chose.
- We will inform you of the cost of purchasing fee. Purchasing fee is calculated based on the number of fish plus the quarantine and cargo cost from our farm to the Exporter and all the way to the Transhipper of your country (Importer).
- We will notify you via email of the shipment date when the schedule is available from the Transhipper.
- Please make the purchasing fee payment at maximum of 1 (one) week before the shipment dates.
- We dispatched orders directly from our farm to the transhipper (Exporter) for quarantine and the international shipping process.
- The transhipper from our country (exporter) will do the quarantine process and ship all the way to the transhipper of your country (Importer).
- The transhipper of your country (Importer) will then ship the order to your address.
