We provide worldwide shipping through trusted transhipper services in your country.
Transhipper Service
According to international regulations, all live animals entering a country must go through a Licensed Import Agent (Transhipper). Therefore, fish will be shipped to and arrive at the airport in the destination country — not directly to the customer’s address. Upon arrival, the shipment must be cleared through customs and inspected by the Department of Fish & Wildlife.
The transhipper in the customer’s country will manage the entire importation process to ensure the fish enter legally.
Please note: An additional shipping fee (including domestic delivery and import charges) must be paid directly to the transhipper in your country. This fee covers forwarding the fish from the airport to your address.
Below is a list of our transhipper partners. We strongly recommend contacting them in advance to confirm the import and domestic shipping costs. Be sure to agree on these extra fees before placing your order.
All fish are based in Indonesia and shipped via JBG Transhipping Service. Shipments are sent as live fish cargo to our designated transhipper partner in your country. Please be aware that fish will arrive at your local airport, not directly to your home address.
JBG Transhipping collaborates with over 52 transhippers across approximately 40 countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia .
The transhipper will take care of all necessary import procedures, ensuring the fish enter your country legally, and will then arrange delivery to your address.
Shipments are scheduled based on the transhipper’s export/import calendar, which typically occurs 1–3 times per month. Your order will be shipped according to this schedule. For confirmed shipping dates, feel free to contact us.
